Terminal fixes, all of them things that did not work at all.

The wheel now scrolls a full-screen program. Claude Code, vim and anything else on the alternate screen has no terminal scrollback to move, so the wheel is handed to the program and it scrolls its own transcript. Pagers that never asked for the mouse get arrow keys, which is what less, man and git log answer to.

Copy and paste in the panel. Ctrl-C copies when something is selected and interrupts when nothing is; Ctrl-V and a right click both paste. None of the three did anything before.

A redrawing program no longer fills the scrollback with its own frames, and no longer draws its output where the reader is looking.

One sideways notch of a wheel no longer locks every later scroll to sideways for the life of the window.
